How booking works Choose your athlete and session, review the agreements, then save a short temporary hold and pay securely with Stripe. Your spot is confirmed only after payment, and you will get a confirmation email. Sessions marked Invited are visible only to families the trainer invited.

4. Temporary spot hold
Tap Hold my spot & pay. We hold your spot for a few minutes and take you straight to secure payment. This is not a paid or confirmed booking. A hold expires automatically if payment has not started.
